I'm looking at forming an LLC for a new side business and keep seeing ads for services that act as your company's registered agent and provide a business address. The one I'm considering is RPM Response.
Basically, they give you a legitimate physical address to use on state filings and legal documents, and they handle important mail and service of process. Since I'm working from my apartment, I don't really want my home address to be public on the state's website.
Has anyone actually used a service like this? Was it worth it? I'm curious about your experience with the reliability, cost, and if it caused any hiccups with your bank or the state. Any recommendations or things to watch out for would be a huge help
